The Annie Laurie Room

The Annie Laurie room is named after Annie Laurie Babcock, the last Babcock descendant to reside here. She was the consummate hostess, welcoming many into her guest house and working as the lunch lady at the high school when it was right across the street. This room exudes coziness and comfort, from the plush four poster bed to the deep clawfoot tub. Relax after a day of touring or book this room just for the tub…you wouldn’t be the first!

What a great experience here! I was a little worried since the conference I was going to was 30 minutes away, but it was so worth the drive! A quiet, dark room, the coziest bed with just the right amount of covers and the soaps and shampoo were heavenly! I will book again for next year! Thank you!
