The Abbitt Room

The Abbitt room is named after Dr. Julian Abbitt, an earlier owner of the Babcock House. The room is furnished with an old-fashioned iron queen bed and decorated in a floral decor with pale yellow walls. Guests enjoy the quiet of this room, set at the front of the house next to the balcony. Enjoy summer evenings and fall afternoons sipping a drink or reading a book outside. Travel with friends and visit or make new ones….all courtesy of the famous southern front porch.
