My sister came down from Richmond and spent two nights here. Very fun! We decided to go on the walking tour that is referenced in guest book. This was so funny as the description listed could have been any house as no house numbers were listed. We had so much fun laughing and making up stores to add to the adventure. This made for a better memory than if the tour had been well laid out and easy to follow. If you have a chance, go find the LOVE sign on Court Street and stop and look closely as it shares a lot about Appomattox. “Came here to meet a friend from NY – I drove up from Clemson, SC. This is about halfway. We’ve come here to look into our Nation’s history, as we often do in our travels. This B&B is wonderful, comfortable, hospitable and lovely. This food is out of this world. Dinner and breakfast are to be savored and enjoyed. The home-cured bacon, creamy grits, French press coffee, yum. But the leader of the pack is the white chocolate bread pudding with raspberry sauce.
