Appomattox is a great place to unplug from the hustle of the city and enjoy small town charm. The Babcock House offers a unique experience with attentive and welcoming innkeepers, superb meals and a calm retreat for single travelers, couples and families.

Each of our rooms has been named after the original residents of the home. They are each decorated with period antiques as well as modern amenities for your comfort. Breakfast is included each morning of your stay as well as 24 hour coffee and tea, available in the upstairs hallway. Ask our innkeeper for any help you need planning your trip to Appomattox!
